General Description: Candidate will possess a broad technical knowledge of Documentum Suit 6.7 & 7.1 – Content server, BPM, Taskspace, Process Builder, Forms, DQL, DFC, DFS and XCP 2.1; Java; springs and SQL Server. Primary Job Functions: Provide Tier 1 support to end users. Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email. Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues. During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support. Required Skills: • Strong understanding of Documentum XCP 2.1 Product Suit, Content Server 7.1, SQL Server use and configuration. • Experience in developing applications using XCP 1.6 & 2.1. • Strong technical and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desired Skills: Experience in developing and troubleshooting problems by documentum xcp 2.1 architecture. Experience: 2+ years of Documentum 6.5 & 7.1 experience in a technical support/help desk environment.
