Architecture for 4 Villa project

We have a project of 4 villas -all the same design - in a plot of total 1260 sq m . Villa type : 3 bed room villa - modern design about 145 - 155 sq m living space , in two levels including swimming pool We are interested to hire an architect to to provide the following : 1) Architecture floor plans with all dimensions 2) All elevations of the building - plots is flat 3) 3 D rendering of the villa and the project . 4 ) Interior and exterior design Requirements : 1) The candidates must be able to provide similar projects 2) They must have academic background on architecture . 3) Very good communication skills in English. We will provide : 1) Plot plans and elevations 2) Photos of the area 3) Materials we wish to be used for the exterior and interior design
