Update plot plan to include proposed installation and required swale and details. There are impervious surfaces within 20 feet of the property line. Therefore, the plan must show swales to prevent runoff from impacting adjacent property. Swales can either provide storage or convey runoff to the county right of way. If proposing storage, all volume retention calculations must be shown on the plan. If conveying, plan must provide 1 percent site grading which must be demonstrated with elevations.

The borough requires anything above a 4 ft. retaining wall to have structural drawings before work can begin. I'm looking at ~90 linear feet with two angles to block off the back of my lot, starting at ~14 ft high hill to one side and rising upwards of 23 ft in the far back. I have an autocad file of the survey / elevation to help, which I can share if / when we come to terms.
