216207 Flash Tool Development

I am the owner of a custom t-shirt design website. In the website, there is a flash tool that allows users to add text and artwork onto the shirt. The flash tool is already 99% finished. It currently allows users to enter and manipulate text and artwork on their shirt. For this project, I would like the creation of a feature that allows users to save their design. The shirt design will be saved to the user's email address and name. The customer must be able to open the design later by entering their information. There are also a few other changes included in this project: 1) User interface changes (this is simple, just move some text and buttons around) 2) Popup link changes (currently half of the popup links in the flash tool are blocked by Internet Explorer 7) 3) Add a feature that makes uploaded images transparent. Possible file types are jpg, png, gif The faster you can finish these the better. This entire project should definitely not take more than one week. I will take your working speed into consideration when choosing a programmer. If you can finish it in 2 or 3 days, I am very likely to choose you.
