Actionscript Browse Window Problem

I am looking for an experienced actionscript professional to help me with a quick problem.

Take a look at this page: [url removed, login to view]

When it loads, click "Add Art", then "Upload New Art", then "Browse". Now if you click on the rest of the page, the Browse window loses focus and falls "behind" the browser window (in Firefox and Chrome). By default, it's supposed to stay focused on top of the browser.

Unfortunately, I cannot give out the Flash source code. I will be able to give you actionscript snippets, but not the entire .fla file.

The code I'm using to bring up the browse box is standard:

If you are very experienced in Actionscript, this should be a quick and easy project. I'll be able to provide additional actionscript through PM if you would like.
