Build a 2d game in Unity for multiple platforms - iOS, Android primarily - TVOS, Android TV Advantageous

Hi all, I would like a game developed in Unity - All graphics/sounds/music will be provided, together with detailed instructions of how Menus and UI must look and feel, the game definitely needs to be built for iOS and Android platforms, TVOS and Android TV experience will be advantageous in additional to VR/AR as we may think of ways of implementing this in the near future. The basic jist of the game is similar to Crossy Road where its a simple tap to play game with a die and retry mechanic with multiple characters to unlock.
