Experienced 2d game artist needed for 2d PC Game

Experienced 2d game artist needed for 2d PC Game Capable of creating all graphic assets of the game art starting with imagination of game world and environment , concept arts, animations...etc there is a contest running now to evaluate concepts https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Concept-art-for-d-game-sketches-needed-1483359 -He should has good experience in 2d tiles game art -Reference to previous work is needed -Game currently in development, the main game mechanics are almost done with placeholder graphics -The story of the game will be based on Post apocalyptic aftermath nuclear war, player will survive by automating production of weapons and other needs,player will build underground production lines ..etc ,surviving monster and mutants -Similar games "Dig or die" "Oxygen not included" "Steam world dig" "Craft the world" "Terraria" -The game will has its own unique art style -The game will heavily depend on UI menus and sub menus,great UI and UX are required -Experience in Unity art and asset workflow is a plus -I need an artist "Graphic designer" not a developer :)
