Digitalize and Vectorize my Draw - Repost - open to bidding

Digitalize and Vectorize my Draw Hello im looking for an artist to paint, digitalize and vectorize my hand made draw. It is made in pencil only, not painted and scanned on the higher resolution i was able to. It will be used to print posters , so the size must be 27" x 40" The poster is an artwork from a game , thats why i need it to be graphically stunning. Im expecting a final result with very high resolution and livid colors. Ill priorize bidders with similar jobs done on their portfolios. Im attaching a file showing an example image of what i need to get.
