Cask Party - Event in Scotland

We bought a hogshead of whisky back in 2002, and are planning a trip with all of our friends to come drink it August 3rd, 2017 in Scotland. Since we are in the US, we're looking for an event planner in Scotland to help us organize. This first task is simple, with more to come if things work out. There is one main party, with multiple other smaller events throughout the week. First task: Recommend venues for the main party, and send us a bunch of links to perspective venues. Our ideal venue: Sleeps 30 Able to accommodate 100 - 300 for an event Picturesque venue with indoor and outdoor space (ideally on some loch) Ideally this venue is 30 to 40 minutes from either Glasgow or Edinburgh, if not it needs to be close enough to a town were we can get additional lodging. Need to be able to cook and serve food for all guest There is a good chance this event will run all night, so we need a place where we won't bother many neighbors That's it. For someone familiar with planning events like weddings in Scotland this though be pretty straight forward. Let me know if you are interested.
