Create printable PCB design from a schematic design

We need a PCB board design from a schematic design. A kind of we added mainly what we need on the pcb. We will also need some solderable holes which connects J2 connectors. Please see attached pcb schematic screen shot file. Board should be two layers. We are open to other ideas as well.
