Hello, I have read your project description and checked the attached floor plan. (Re)drawing blueprints based on old drawing (scan), or from sketch with measurements, is something I do on a daily basis. There are several examples with various level of detail in my portfolio, if you would like to see more, let me know. Based on the existing plans, photos and other information provided, I would prepare a set of drawings of the existing state in autocad. Those would be sent to you in pdf for checkup and with questions, in case some come up. After your feedback and based on your input about remodel, I would prepare remodel/proposed state set of drawings. Final files deliverable as dwg and pdf and other on request.
