I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design engineer, please see my profile for more details The current price and timescales are only place holders to allow me to communicate with you I think I could design a power supply with a 48V to 100V input range and a 2V to 36V output range at 2A. I assume that the voltage adjustment would be implemented by a pot. I would design this as a two stage DC/DC converter. The first stage accepts the 48v to 100V input and converts it to a fixed 40V. Hi, I am an electrical engineer with experience in making BUCK and BOOST converter. I can make a high voltage and wide input voltage buck converter for use on ebikes to run accessories. for low voltage ebikes the LM2596HV is fine but it is unable to support +60v. The characteristics of my converter will be: * input voltage range: 48-144v (ideally) or 48-100v (if 144v is to hard). * adjustable output voltage range: ~2v to 36v. * amperage: 2amp constant (ideally). minimum of 0.5a constant * must be able to present design to factory for fabrication. Hello, I have previously done automotive power converter designs for big trucks. I am aware of the design principles suitable for these harsh environments. What you are aiming for (144V) is very hard to do without a flyback design, which will increase the cost and the complexity, since it includes custom transformer design. I am guessing that your battery voltage is 72V. If that is the case, I can design the buck converter for you and add a protection to it so it can withstand voltages up to 160V.
