My Dad started using a database program called Formula Coster on his Apple IIc to figure out how to correctly price our baked goods based on ingredient costs, labor costs, overhead, etc. The program also allows us to store the formulas and makeup instructions for all our products based on the dough batch and individual pieces from the dough. It's a simple program that we still use today, but are afraid it may not continue to work very long.
