Suddenly the backend has a bug and neither app nor admin can logon. We can access via FTP of course, but not via normal logon. Original developer is unavailable, so we need an expert to troubleshoot it. Hopefully it is a small bug. We have some info from tech support on the possible nature of the bug. We have already searched for malware but did not find any.
