Hello, I'm looking for someone who can take my fusion 360 design and work out the forces required along with the correct materials to withstand mechanical forces applied to it during operation. It has gears that will be used with a rack and pinion and needs to be strong and durable enough to last. The second mould is for the same go kart seat but using fibre glass layers, so I need to lay sheets in to the mould and then compress the the sheets down. I will 3D print moulds, so they can be in as many parts as is necessary to make a good release. I have several point cloud (.ply) files from a scan of a electronic circuit board with buttons. The point cloud has a lot of noise and dirt in it. The goal is to clean this up and create a simple vector file from it that can be used to be imported into Fusion 360. Small details are not important but the outline should be valid that it can be used as a placeholder inside other drawings that is surrounding the circuit.

These designs will ideally be printed by a metal 3D printer but may also be printed in resin and coated with metal.
