CALIBRATE 7 ENERGY METERS We have 7 pcs of energy meters, type EH10-DIN Carlo Gavazzi . The 7 energy meters need to be calibrated. Not via electronic programming, but by wiring up at a high consumption cable. The readings need to be higher then they are now. The maximum which needs to be added is +- 20 000 kWh. The various 7 meters need different readings (which we will inform in detail) We can wire the energy meters in series on a small board, so they can be installed on a high consumption cable (max 32 Amps), in order to read the specific amount of kWh. We can deliver a small board, with the 7 meters installed (including the informatuion of which meter needs which specific readings) and 7 buttons to stop the meter when it has reached the specific reading. The meters can have a maximum of 32 Amps. We need to know how long it will take before this job can be done. So you need to know exactly how much kWh passes through the cable. We can pick up the small board when the specific meters have the specific readings. We would like to have the job done asap. We would like to have daily reports of the readings per email or whatsapp messages. Transport costs can be taken care of by ourselves. Please send us a price for carrying out this job.
Our company specializes in global water feature manufacturing and design. We have a number of consulting projects (including overseas) which require a BIM Revit specialist to generate models and dwg packages with our production team. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing knowledge is a must. First consulting project requires as-built equipment room modeling in AutoCAD Revit. We have a person that is conducting the survey, the specialist requires to work with that info and revise the existing model. Second consulting project requires BIM Revit specialist's involvement during design development and tender documentation phase of multi water feature project. Need to work closely with senior designers and CAD drafter to produce necessary dwg packages. Ideallly, I would like to work with one specialist on both jobs but that will be determined upon completion of the first project. The aluminium panel system needs to forms a load ring that is so strong, that no further inside reinforcements or aditional stiffening is needed in the equipment compartment. Solution need to save every centimeter of space and every gram of weight that can be optimally utilized. system should be without welded joints, no glue seam, no clamping profiles and no protruding screws. The complete superstructure must be mounted on the chassis frame and insensitive to torsion. Edge protection needs to minimizes the risk of injuries. The aluminium panel system needs to guarantee a level of quality that clearly exceeds steel or fiber material superstructures. Hello. we are looking to prove a proof of concept. We want to open and close a door with a stepper motor and a Arduino. The idea is tha we need to have the door to be safe. How can we make the steper motor to stop if some one puts their hand between the door and the frame? we cannot use IR sensor or anything on the frame of the door. I was wondering if somehow we can read when the motor is beeing forced and use that to stop the door. If you suggest using another motor or method we are open to suggestions. So basically this job is as follows. We need to decide which components to use, then we need to open a door the size of a show box and make the door detect if there is an obstacle. if the obstacle is there, the door will open. I have certain ways I would like the lock to be designed, and certain ways I would like to trigger the unlocking mechanism. Here is a quick overview of what you would be designing To start with, you will be developing half of the final product - so it will need to be modular and will need to allow me to slide the 2nd piece on and have the release line up with the 2nd half the lock is two parts ( sides ) One side has two rods (pins) Dial on side that has the insers for the pins that will allow you to clamp/tighten the lock Rods possibly have gear teeth on them to allow the dial to pull/clamp the 2 pieces together? If you have other methods of doing so i'm all ears. The other side has two holes to insert the pins into - that will be spring loaded allowing the lock to spring apart both sides will be connected on the bottom by a slider(?) to make the lock usable for different firearms Required functions : 1- clamping the sides by pushing them by hand first. 2- additional clamping is made by rotating a dial on the half of the lock that contains the inserts for the 2 pins 3- button/rod to press and release the lock that is accessible by a 2nd piece 4- Modular design that I can fit my 2nd part of my design to. Useable mechanisms -- completely winging it here - as I'm not an engineer and only have a vision of what i'd like to see. 3- (rotating) ratchet mechanism for the dial to be irreversible. 4- claw mechanism (petal clamps) for releasing function.

By accident we have created a refrigerator magnet which saves on the electric cost by 20-35%. We are already saying we use radio waves and magnets to have the equipment run more efficiently and also to change the oscillation of the electric current thereby having the equipment run more efficient and saving 35% on the electric cost. Looking for someone to design a CAD drawing with dimensions I will provide. The object being created is a relatively SIMPLE object - a circular ring with three tabs protruding outward. The drawing will be used to provide to our supplier who will manufacture the product. The final product is made up of two components: (1) Plastic Ring with three Tabs [diameter 61 & 71, height 1.5, width [login to view URL], width 13-tab from inner ring to outer tab] and (2) Chemical Material that is applied to the plastic ring during production [diameter 57 & 75, height 16, width 9]. All measurements are in millimeters. Plastic ring [from a mold] is used as a foundation for the chemical material to adhere. The machine applies pressure and compresses [apply] the chemical material on top and bottom of the plastic ring. The plastic ring remains in the center of the final product. I am looking for an experienced and creative product engineer or industrial design person to assist in resolving a design feature with a component of a new product. The product incorporates a ~3 inch wide (8cm) x 1/8 inch thick (3mm) woven polyester/elastic fabric band that needs to be both adjustable in length and durable. The overall range of adjustment will be approximately 5 inches (12.5cm)...so if the shortest version of the band was 32 inches it would be adjustable up to 37 inches in length. Due to the stretch characteristics of the band and the expected load, typical 'buckle' type strap adjusters, tri-bars and other conventional strap adjustment devices would likely (?) create too much friction and wear at the point of contact/interface. The final version of the band when connected and adjusted needs to look clean/attractive like a well designed product. The band will effectively end up as a closed loop once connected, so I envision one free end which will need to be cleanly attached to the band (think of the left over bit when you tighten your belt); but in such a way as to not increase the overall resistance of the loop (due to a 'double up' where the band overlaps) beyond what it would be if the loose end beyond point of attachment had been cut off. Any mechanism which requires sewing (i.e. - a buckle component, or attachment of velcro, etc) should consider that there will be stretching across the entire attachment point and any seam will be repeatedly stretched under pressure. Any zones where a non-stretchable component meets with or is fixed to the stretchable fabric will be under repeated stress. I require a resource with experience in product design/engineering that can digest my product performance requirements and come up with some creative ideas to address the problem using conventional manufacturing techniques and/or existing componentry. Cost is a critical factor, so I am hoping for a solution that can be easily implemented with commonly available supplies. I expect that the solution is likely a simple one, but my limited experience in this area has resulted in frustrating delays in implementing the product concept. The following must be included in the analysis: • Wind direction (0-360 ° to the north) • Wind speed (0-100 km / h) • Air temperature (-10 to 35 ° C) • Barometric pressure • The refinement of the soil details in two distinct zones, that of the lake and that of the riparian strip The analysis elements produced by the script make it possible to visualize the movement of the wind with vectors in colors proportional to the speed.
