To achieve zero downtime. I will check all the website by mapping domain name to Cloud IP in my local machine. 5. After site is runs successful from every aspects, I will flush the DNS cache. 6. I will update DNS settings. 7. After complete Domain propagation, I will shutdown the shared or old hosting. By the way I'm a super expert in Cloud Server.
