I need a Quick Website Fix and My Heroku App Fixed

This is two parts - must be able to do BOTH Part 1 - I have a form for clients to fill - when they fill the form it is inputted onto a pdf that is uploaded to the backend of the form/application - the application is written through [login to view URL] - must have previous experience of working with this kind of task. I need one of the customer fields made so it is not required and I am having an issue with the pdf being compressed and it not working for the customer Part 2 - I have a website [login to view URL] and if you look at it you can see something happened with the programming, there is green showing instead of the original blue color, and it says "Avada" in the top left corner, the website is based on word press so should be pretty easy to fix We can go over a whole plan to complete the project prior to starting, and I can answer any questions. Deliverables Heroku App -Make Address #2 Field Optional with the appro. spacing - or delete this field -Help with Compressed PDF Error and Assure we have a perm. solution Website -Fix Color on Website (All Green Needs to be changed to original blue/navy) & Remove "Avada" Word -Speed Up Website - it is very slow
