Improve speed using Above The Fold Optimization and wp fastest cache

DO NOT CONTACT VIA THIS SITE [login to view URL] I need some help to make this site faster, wp fastest cache seemed to have helped a lot but still needs more work. A lot of people have blamed server speed however i run several sites on same server which has much better load times which means it has more to do with this site than server. This plugin seems to be the last part in the fixes but i dont want to mess with things i dont know much about. [login to view URL] WP Fastest Cache and Cloud Flare are the only other things i am using. Please be advised i am not looking for minimal fixes 1-2 seconds. So do your own testing to see if you think you can make further fixes. So if you dont think you can do more than you can for my heavy site let me know. Seems theme may also be an issue for response times.
