Wordpress website additional work

I need some changes to a running website, just need to add 3 things as follows: 1-product variants, like different colors or sizes of same product with their inventory 2-product import & export in Microsoft excel, this is already there, but I cannot use it, as it asks for so many details and I am unable to upload or download it, need a simple method to be able to do it, maybe i just need to learn how to do it, so you will have to teach me. 3-I need a new Junior shop manager account, so I can give the rights to someone who could add new products to DRAFTS only, I will check and PUBLISH myself, the Junior Shop Manager should not be able to do anything else in the website, nor change edit / delete previously PUBLISHED products. Nothing else, other than adding new products to DRAFT with all details, pictures, prices, inventory etc... Nothing else required at the moment. Read Less
