We need you to design and simulate a 4G cellular mobile telecommunication network for a given area to satisfy the operational requirements economically. The cellular technology under consideration is the GSM Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN). Considerations will be given to both the technical and economic aspects of the project. We need you to work with CelPlanner software tool to plan and design cellular network for coverage of geographic area. The design will be aimed to satisfy certain quality of service and economical requirements. You will design a PLMN based on 4G air interface to serve a given area as per the constraints I will provide in the chat. No teams or companies please.
