Helm (windows server) problems

I just install Helm on my windows server, it shows some are can't be connected.. I need someone that is experienced in setup windows server and helm to be able to tell me what to look for and how to fix it (without going into the root). Mail server?Ftp Server shows error as well.. some script like coldFusion, MySQL can't be connected.. and the application pack.. >> I have added a server and some services under helm; click 'diagnosis' button it shows error below: [login to view URL] Pack Installer Unable to find the Application Pack path. [login to view URL] IIS 5/6 ColdFusion ColdFusion failed to communicate with the webservice. Reason: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. API Error Code: 1722 API Output: Info query failed status = 1722 (0x000006ba) Command failed: RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE 1722 (000006ba) . [login to view URL] Service Diagnostics Failed. FileZilla FTP Server may not be installed correctly on the server. [login to view URL] Service Diagnosis failed. hMailServer can not be contacted or is not installed. [login to view URL] Service MySql 5 Database diagnostics failed. Reason: A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket using a sendto call) no address was supplied -- This is a quick fix. So please I would like to keep it less than $30 if possible. feel free to PM for any questions.
