SQL DB and .NET Desktop App

I need to build a desktop application in C#/.NET 3.5 which interacts with a SQL 2005 database. The desktop app is pretty simple, it looks up a record and then adds data to the record and includes a simple print function. The SQL database will interact with an existing SQL database on the same server, querying for data from the existing database and writing data to the new database as well as the existing database. This is the first step of a complex project and further work on the project may be awarded if this work is done efficiently and well. I have a detailed project specification written which I will only send if you do the following four things: 1 DO NOT make a bid on the project until you have read the detailed spec. 2 Request the detailed spec 3 Give me an idea of your experience with C#/.NET/SQL2005. 4 Do NOT send me some form letter about how you will do a detailed review of my needs and then help design the software. I've already done that, I need a competent developer or developers to make my design a reality. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Microsoft Windows XP/VIsta/7 C#/.NET 3.5/MS SQL 2005
