Craigslist Phone Number Scraper

I'm looking for a program similiar to this - [login to view URL] It should extract the post title, and section, link to post, e-mail, and phone number. My main preference is phone numbers but, if e-mail is not difficult then might as well extract that as well, as shown in this program. I need to be able to export results to CSV I need to be able to enter multiple urls at once and the scraper will go through each city/section that is specified and extract data. Program should be coded in C# or Delphi. Must work on Win 7 / 64-bit If you bid let me know how much time this will take, looking for a completed product within 24 hrs if possible. Need it by late Sunday night (U.S. time zone). Even if only post link and phone number extraction is working by late Sunday night that's fine, if you can deliver that and work on the e-mail and section, etc. other stuff during the week it's fine. Just need to be able to at least get phone numbers asap, even if it will only extract one URL at a time for now. Thanks
