Simple website creation

I have a site up and running at [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin] - The site is very simplistic and needs to be redone to look a lot more professional. A programmer can import the content from this site so making a new site will be pretty easy to do. I just want something much nicer to look at it. The completed projected show allow me access so that I an make content changes as needed. It can even be a wordpress site if it is pretty enough. I do need my Google ad-content to appear as well. Drupal or any easy to work framework is OK. It is the appearance that is important to me. Budget from $30 - $150 I will need the ability to upload the completed project FTP to my dedicated server as well.
