need new look to webist but keep all admin changes

My website is boring. I need something unique to my site (not a template) that looks fun but professional. I sell shoes. I have over 500 product. I still want to keep all the modules I have added in admin such as the CAPCHA, the attributes, and various (numerous actually) things added. I would like to have 2-3 image boxes in the header that I can periodically change that link to other pages. I want a smooth transition of all of the product on the current site ( I do not have a file of these) to the new site. I have a small budget but will discuss. Only professional and creative bidders please with samples/portfolio
