Fix my CSS spacing problems

I need someone who can fix the CSS spacing problems I have on these pages: [login to view URL] Display is nearly right in firefox - left side menu should touch the header banner so that no white shows. Page displays very poorly in IE 6 & 7. [login to view URL] Main body of the page wraps below the side menu in IE. Also in IE the thin red border of the main body is hidden partially by the ORDER YOUR 2009 CALENDARS" graphic. I need these 2 sites to display properly in common versions of FF and IE. These pages are generated by a PHP program I have written. I will need you to tell me the fixes needed so that I can code the changes. I hope to have this done this weekend. GAF Escrow will be used.
