dashboard with multiple personas connected to existing rest API

We have an exciting new core product being built by a professional consulting firm. We have an additional vertical market that we wish to pursue and apply the existing core product towards. There is an existing Swagger API that we will utilize. There is an existing DB behind the API which supports the product and will not need changes. If the API or DB need changes we have resources that will handle that. We need a seasoned experienced UI/UX dashboard creator to utilize an existing dashboard (preferably from your own portfolio) to build different dashboards (with limited sub-sections) for different personas of our product. (super admin, admin, client, user, contributor) We want a beautiful dashboard product that is responsive on multiple device types. We know what data and features are needed on each dashboard but we are quite open to the over-all design. This is a VERY TIMELY project. We need someone who has already done a dashboard before and can leverage their prior work as a template to build the dashboards we need.
