I have a very simple dating splash page template that I would like to be made live. Work will entail changing the copy, adding 24 profile pics with very short descriptions, adding a logo, which I will provide and doing a few minor adjustments with the background colour scheme etc etc. This should be a very simple job for any HTML web developer. This is the template:

In addition, I need a simple wordpress site to be created, which will contain around 10 articles with picture embeds. The design of the wordpress site will need to look as though it belongs to the home page. Again this is a very simple task.
There is no coding required and there is no backend, no membership data, no payment system....just a simple splash page with wordpress site attached.
My budget is $100 or less.
