Convert PSD to XHTML for joomla

I have attached a jpeg I will supply the psd. I need the attached converted into a semi ready joomla template. Must be tableless, and you need to have experience building joomla templates and follow joomlas div structure, you dont need to put in module positions just supply me with the xhtml file as the psd apears and we will integrate into joomla. Fastest turnaround gets higher preference in choosing wining bid. your work must be off top quality. Please show me any sample work of similar skillset, for example xhtml of a psd you converted.
