CONVERT 2 PAGES + 1POP UP FORM (LayerPSD) TO TABLELESS CSS

So what I need: 1. I need two pages (Convert to tableless CSS) and 1 pop up form (tableless CSS too), ( works good in all modern browsers and W3C Valid, I'll provide the PSD (Layers) 2. Make sure if we click "tell a friend" button, the pop up should be appeared. 3.
