Build an Online Store

I need online store for auto parts (Tires, Oils and other parts) with design also design must be responsive. Main things: - Tires | must have own filter: Size (205 55 R16 81H), Season (Winter, Summer, Universal), Brand (Lassa, Falken and so on) - Oils | must have own filter: Brand (Castrol, Elf, BMW, and so on), SAE (5W30, 5w40, and so on), Size ( 1l, 4l, 5l, 20l, 50l+) - Collections | it will be oil and filter collection for specifically car e.g. BMW E39 520D in this part customer must have ability to choose Oil brand and Filters brand and according to this he will get different price - Ability add any product category with own filter - Super deals | in landing page we must have ability to output some our super deals e.g. this week you can buy "Valeo brand Clutch Kit in very good price" and when he clicks on CTA he get product list. - Ability to put discount on many products (e.g. i want to make 10% discount for all Castrol oils, also i want to make discount for all 205/55/R16 tires) so discount system must be very flexible - Must be ability to import products from CSV file - Payment method will need to integrate this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - Shop must be on OPEN SOURCE platform - Must be ability to create N shipping methods
