Hi,
I have this website this website [login to view URL] and I have developed new website design for this website but I want to setup my website with wordpress and want this get it done in one week... I need full permission to edit my whole site from admin control panel.
my new design is here...

in my new design i have one specific request, like at the top there is a banner next to menu...i need ot be able to change whenver i want...this is 5-6 pages total...I also need blog you can see that, admin should be able to post those messages.
I dont have very good budget but we will work out.
