Website Design

I have created a web page however I wish to not only alter but improve its appearance due to its similarities to another site. I have attached 2 screen shots. Screen shot 1 is zoomed out so that you can see the whole page. Screen shot 2 is how it looks on my screen. I really like the look and feel as it is so this must be kept consistant. The theme is eco homes, so it must have an eco or environmental feel to it. I will provide the background image, the flash banner and also the photos you currently see in the attached files. The project is for either just the design or for the design and web page coding. If you choose design only, the design must be presented in a way that is easy for a coder to convert to a webpage.
