need a website where people can upload pictures and videos. Also must state that they must be over 21 or legal drinking age. Website will be about drunk people/passed out people. On the upload page, they must sign a form that gives me rights to use pictures or video any way I choose. Form must be electronically signed with name and birthday. Other fetures of the site will include beer drinking games, with intoxication rating. Users must be able to submit a party they are having and be able to look for parties by location. you will need to create the entire website, with graphics. I also need a catchy phase. the site name is prettytrashed.com. Please understand what I am asking BEFORE you bid. YOU MUST HAVE SOME KIND OF FEEDBACK,OR YOU WILL NOT GET THE JOB.
