IT Services Website with Kayako

We need a professional site built promoting home and business IT services. The site must be clean, easy to use, very user friendly and we would prefer a really nice Web 2.0 design with superb graphics. We want the design to be very friendly, but VERY professional. Slick, and original Web 2.0 graphics and very modern look and feel is what we are after with this site. No flash please. We are looking to offer services such as (See the attached doc) We own Kayako ([login to view URL]) and the script would need to be customized and integrated into the site as a request support ticketing system. Graphics and layout are VERY important to this project! You MUST be online using IM and available to discuss any project related details. We must be able to communicate with you daily! If you cannot make yourself available during the entire project, please do not bid! We cannot stand to begin a project with a designer and then not hear from them for days.
