Develop the software/ template for website

I am looking for software services for my website. Website shall basically: Allows the user - registration and upload short profile type of services user can offer/ type of service user looking for category of user maintaing the user account and login/ logout allow the posts & replies from registerd users Allow the filling of application form with few fields, and check boxes etcc ....etc. I am looking for someone who already developed such websites.
