Create website design, 3 psd's

We are looking for an experienced web/graphics designer to mockup a new design for our home page, product page and category page. We need similar design but in different layout and color combination as mentioned websites in the attachment. Please refer to the attached document for further information. WHAT WE WANT 1) I want you to design psd with same standard as attached mentioned sites. It should be eye catching 2) No graphics should be same to the above website. 3) The final product should not look copy of above mentioned website. 4) design should be 100% yours not copied or stolen work will be taken 5) Use different colors but color of individual element should blend well with other elements on the page I am looking for a bid in the range of $25 to $30 per PSD project. And a quick turnaround. The winner of this project will be considered for ongoing work. In the past, I have had problems with designers sending poor quality work which meant that we had to hand-draw the revisions over and over again which is time consuming.
