CMS website creation using Wordpress

I need a CMS wordpress website design using a very clean, simple and fast loading theme. The landing page MUST be simple and sleek, with a feature slider to showcase my products. It has to also include an opt-in form at the side to build my list. There must be a local search function for users to search for the product that they want to see. The website must be able to handle large amount of data, mainly pictures of products (>500 pictures), as well as descriptions and detail product information. The wordpress theme must be able to allow user to easily create new category for new products. Each post must allow visitors to leave their comments, like a blog format. Please send to me a mockup of your design, and the wordpress theme that you will be using. Please also propose how the data management can be done.
