Art community platform

Design & prototype for a community website based on contemporary arts. Separate Section required for artists / regular users / admin. Can be based on popular CMS (Drupal, ...) but not required. Multi-phases project: Phase 1 is only covering prototyping Phase 2 (development) & further will depend on good collaboration / quality of work. We plan to be one of the major actors in the online contemporary art exchange. Please, if you bid, add references to past / current projects (working links).
