Make a profesional design for a political website

Hallo, I am looking for a professional design for a political website (there will be more then one mock-ups needed because I am not choosing the final result) The mock ups have to be maded as soon as possible, I will provide the winner of this project the logo and pictures that are needed. The final design that will be choses have to be sliced (put the psd into html code) Do only make a bid if you have provable references.
