528131 Banner Design - 5 Banners Different Sizes - Same design

Hi, I need 5 banners designed that I can use to advertise a home business / money making opportunity. The banners can all use the same design and text in the following sizes: 250 x 250 300 x 250 336 x 280 120 x 600 160 x 600 The banners need to be animated but not too flashy because I need to use them on Google Images and get them accepted by Google. They need to include the following: A human image of a woman (not x rated) A button that says Click Here A red arrow pointing to the Click Here button Money Emphasis on a Free E-book Offer The animation should include changing text and the button changing colors (3 - 4 colors) but again, not too flashy because Google wont accept it. I am looking for a design that is eye catching so people will click on it. I am open for suggestions on the design and text, but need the above items included. I will show you the website I am advertising upon request so you can get a better idea of what I am looking for. The company name doesn't need to be on the banners. It is more important to describe the benefits so people will want to find out more. If Google doesn't accept the final versions I will need them edited, so please be prepared to edit them at no additional charge, only if they are not accepted by Google. I am looking for someone experienced in Banner Design and/or Advertising so if you can show me some samples of your work that would be great. Please let me know if you have any questions.
