This will work as "If for example, a T-shirt costs $50 each and a user orders 10 as quantity then i would to like to offer him some discount on this. And there should be an option in Control Panel for each product where i can enter this Discount." Another thing which is almost on every shopping site is the PROMOTIONAL CODE feature to get extra discount at checkout.
