Generate Traffic and Sign Ups to website

We are looking for experienced web promoters to attract the correct audience to our site. We would like to implement a sort of Affiliate contract with someone or someone's to promote our services for people to sign up for training sessions offered by this company. This is a commission based project, we will pay $25 for each sign up that you have directed through our site. We would like to also set up a type of code system that you would be able to enter into the site so we can then monitor who and where the sign up came from. For successful marketers this will be a very long term project. Would consider going to hourly pay for someone that has great success.
