Virtual Assistant Required

Since team is getting bigger so we need a assistant for our project manager and Marketing manager. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide support to our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, managing KPIs of the other team members and reporting to the higher management . For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom and Google meet ( wechat if you are in china ) Ultimately, your addition should reduce the work load from the managers and add value to the reporting and communication. Key Responsibilities: Respond to emails Handling Social Media Schedule meeting Post projects on Freelancer and hire the required experts as per the team requireemnts. Manage a contact list using CRM software (Click UP) Perform market research Create presentations, as assigned and more. Requirements Past experience of Virtual Assistant or relevant role You should be up to date with the communication and project management tools. Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills Solid organizational skills Proficiency in the English Language ( Speaking and Writing) You should be readily available for arranging online meetings and KPI discussions with relevant team members. You should be available for 2 hrs a day or 10 hrs a week. Not more than 10 hrs a week. Please bid for two weeks trial run. * An NDA will be signed later.
