I've been a customer service agent for 7 years. I've underwent British, American and Australian accents. Notably, I've worked for companies like Lycamobile, Telstra, AT&T in technical and non-technical projects. I've handled sales, technical, non-technical, quality checking, and multiple other streams in this field. Won the best team player and employee awards for 3 years consecutively and was selected as a Subject Matter Expert and then a Trainer. I've trained about 300 candidates so far in multiple projects and they are still the best performing customer service agents on the company. I love customer service and talking with people. I can be the best fit for the job proving to be reliable, efficient and fast at what I do. I'm also proficient in Microsoft Office Tools if that is required. I've worked in EST, and CST time zones and very flexible with shifts.
