We have created automation inside our company which has drastically reduced time taken by humans to 90% when it is done by a Robot (software robot, not an actual big robot). Now we want to sell this solution to other companies. For the same, we need to create a marketing video. It should be 2 videos, one in English (American Accent) and another in Arabic. The idea will be the same in both the videos. We might do a lot of revisions before finalizing a video. The payment will be in two milestones, Milestone 1: after completion and agreement on English video Milestone 2: after completion and agreement on Arabic Videos.

You want two videos and unlimited rewrites. Your budget is too low for that. I will do it with a maximum of 5 rewrites on each video for the bid amount. If you want unlimited rewrites then my bid would double. The amount of time will increase with each rewrite.
