Design a 10-15 sec intro in After Effects for a web tv show.

I need a intro for a TV show that I am starting for my company is starting online. The intro needs to be around 10-15 seconds long with upbeat/motivational music, our logo needs to be animated, and a episode # and description below in smaller text. I also will need animations to break up the segments of each show. These should be 8 seconds or shorter, and should also be animated with a short bit of text (no more than two lines) describing the next segment. The After Effects files need to be released to me upon the completion of this project.
