Desktop Publishing expert needed

I have about 5000+ images with images of a Hebrew book with text in inside it. I have the original html versions of text also for all these pages. I need a professional desktop publisher to recreate the book using the exact same page format and design as seen in the image but using text-based PDFs so it can be searchable and will have vector text so can be zoomed without reducing quality. ***MUST BE VERY SKILLED WITH QUARK OR ADOBE IN-DESIGN*** In order to demonstrate your ability to do project, I have attached 1 sample source image page and all the needed texts in html format for that source page to be able to recreate as a PDF. I also provided 1 sample of exactly what the desired PDF output file should be like. The goal is that output PDF will looks just like the pdf equivalent with the 3 columns of text - left side, middle and right side are all needed in the PDF output page with the same format exactly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
