Here is the situation we are a game development studio and we are short a couple people due to them working on another game and until that game is over we can not use them we need someone who will model characters and draw sketches and concept art of said character..here is how we are willing to work We award you you provide us with a colored sketch we create your milestone you model the character we have 3 characters in all but this gig is for the first one only.
